UConnect is a secure web-based application created by NFP to allow firms to submit business electronically to NFP life Core, Highlighted, Select and disability carriers. Firms can also submit to Highland Capital Brokerage offices, NFP Life Brokerage offices and the NFP Life Settlements platform.

  • UConnect for Disability Insurance

    You can submit disability insurance (DI) cases via UConnect. Principal is the first carrier on board to process your DI cases.

  • Direct Imaging

    Carrier direct imaging integration allows your case documents to be automatically uploaded into a carrier's own workflow/imaging system. Processing time and error time are reduced when the carrier uses direct imaging. Plus, your case data gets in front of the underwriter more quickly.

  • Agency/Client Management Systems

    Carrier data integration with UConnect allows SmartOffice and AgencyWorks users to receive pending case feeds directly into SmartOffice and AgencyWorks — putting case status information right at their fingertips. SmartOffice and AgencyWorks users can initiate a case directly into UConnect and save time by entering client details only once.
