Mental Well-Being & Mental Health
“Mental well-being” pertains to the emotional intelligence and resiliency resources you build up over time – either naturally or alongside mental fitness training – that helps you live, adapt, grow, connect with others and get through each day.
“Mental health” refers to the more clinical aspects of your mental and emotional state that can be improved through positive mental well-being reinforcement, refining behavioral and mindfulness practices, therapy and medication.
Any organization – or community – is only as strong as the people that bring it to life. Organizations that give employees the tools to support mental health and improve mental well-being are rewarded with improved engagement, increased loyalty and a stronger company culture.
